We currently have a number of junior teams from nursery age to under 17’s, playing football in the Huddersfield, Charles Rice and Millenium leagues, as well as an adult team playing in the Barnsley and District Sunday League. We are very proud that a number of our youngsters have been signed by Barnsley Football Club’s Academy and that our teams enjoy success in their respective leagues.
Hi I’m enquiring for my son Louis who will be in the u15 age bracket this coming season. From U8 till U13 he was with the HTAFC academy and had just signed another 2 years when they closed the EPPP programme. Following that SUFC academy offered him a place, which he took but was subsequently released at the end of his U13 season. He played for Penistone church last season, but there’s some doubt regarding the continuation of the squad for this year. Could you please let me know if you have availability for a very good U15 GK for the coming season.
